Slow as a turtle

The last few weeks have been dragging as far as the house process. It took 2 weeks for them to finalize the electrical inspection and in that time nothing was being done. It really stinks when you don't see any progress happening.
But FINALLY the inspection happened and now there is insulation...HOORAY.  Hey, at this point I will take ANY progress and I mean ANY progress.  The sheetrock has been delivered so hopefully that will take place soon. In the meantime I have been working on getting our current home ready to sale. My house currently is a disaster with boxes everywhere that are being filled up in between minor home improvement projects. In a few weeks we will be listing it for sale so we want to make it look as nice as possible.

We got STONED

This past week has shown little progress. I drive by and see the guys working in the house, so I know they are doing something but honestly it all looks the same to me. I am pretty sure they laugh when I drive by and probably think I have nothing better to do. Thank goodness I have never been a person to care what others think or it might bother me HAHA!

The only noticeable progress is that the stone and brick have been delivered  and put on our lot! I am dying to see the insulation and sheetrock up soon.....c'mon guys show me something new so I can be happy again LOL.

God is Good All the Time!

This is what my daughter posted on the boards in her new room. She truly has a heart of gold. We have NEVER pushed religion on her, this was something she chose on her own. We always felt it was a personal choice. It means so much more when it comes from your heart not because you are told to do it.  She is a special girl, no doubt.
