Granite, Fixtures, Flooring....OH MY!

When we purchased our current home we didn't have an array of options to choose from. The builder basically gave us only two options for every category. With the current home we are building they sent us to a Design Center to pick all of our options. Let me just start off by telling you that no matter what you THINK you might want for your home, all of that will go out the window when you step foot in there. Also don't look at Pinterest like I did because then you fall in love with a million different looks and it is even more confusing. It took me two visits to take a good look at everything and pair up what would compliment each other. Even after I thought I knew what would work, when we had our official selection appointment we changed a few things with the help of a design consultant. Let me state for the record that I am SO glad we are done with that process. Below are the things we selected....

Kitchen Selections: Ocean Black granite, Coffee Brown cabinets, 12x24 tile and tumbled stone herringbone patterned backsplash.

Love the 5 burner stove we picked...we are also getting a front load washer/dryer

We didn't' select the fiberglass but instead we chose the solid wood door but the style is still the same. The design we picked is the CHARLESTON (left).

As you can see there were several decisions to be made. Thankfully once we finalized everything and signed the papers the process to build could start! Woohoo let's get building.
